Hmm… Who will actually win this lawsuit??? DBSK OR SM Entertainment??? After looking through some articles and making some conclusions, I think that both parties have possibilities of winning. The only matter is just that who is on the upper hand.
DBSK will win by the number of fans supporting them through as DBSK is a very well known Korean Boy Band. They have fans from all around the world to support them. However, on the other hand, SM Entertainment will win by power and money which DBSK does not have. This is where DBSK loss out to SM Entertainment.

In my own opinion, I think that SM Entertainment is on the upper hand than DBSK. Although SM Entertainment does not have support from the fans, they can still easily bring DBSK down effortlessly.

HOWEVER, SM Entertainment does not only have one lawsuit with DBSK!!! There are actually more... Another example is Hankyung from Super Junior, who wanted to terminate his contract due to mistreating. This shows that the problem does not lie on their artists but SM Entertainment themselves. So who will be in the losing end???

I hope that DBSK will win this lawsuit since that there are quite a few artists in SM Entertainment that have the lawsuit case.
I also thinks that the problem lies in SM Entertainment because it is not only 1 artist who lodged a complain that led to lawsuit. Who will want to go onto the court when they are actually lying, with the result that may have to pay a big sum of money after losing the lawsuit.
So, i really hope that DBSK will win the case, even though i am not a fan of DBSK.
Good point made, however the predict is somehow already out, although i myself don't like the outcome. Even though it is not only one artist who lodge a complain, but SM Entertainment is still at the upper hand. Who knows? Maybe the table will turn around.
